Grand Prix of Czechia 2027 returns to July. Organisers launch ticket sales with lower prices and new family benefits
25. 9. 2026
Brno – Grand Prix of Czechia will return to its traditional summer holiday slot next year. The 2027 round of the MotoGP™ World Championship will take place at the CREDITAS Autodrom Brno from 16 to 18 July. Alongside the announcement of the date, organisers have opened public ticket sales with a more affordable pricing structure.
The new strategy brings lower ticket prices across most categories, free admission to general admission areas for children aged 14 and under, and loyalty discounts for fans who attended previous editions.
“The Grand Prix of Czechia has a unique sporting atmosphere and incredible energy from the fans. For 2027, we want to build on that and make the race weekend accessible to an even wider audience. A summer holiday date, more affordable ticket prices and new benefits for families create excellent conditions for another strong edition,” says Karel Hubáček, Chairman of the Board of CREDITAS Autodrom Brno.
Another new feature is a loyalty programme launched by the organisers immediately after this year’s race weekend, offering returning fans even more attractive ticket prices.
In preparing for the 2027 event, organisers are building on the experience gained from the most recent edition, which saw a significant improvement in spectator comfort. “This year, we made a major step forward in terms of the service we provide to fans, and their positive feedback confirmed that. We want to continue in the same direction, whether through further improvements around the circuit or an expanded programme of off-track entertainment,” adds Jiří Hrouda, CEO at CREDITAS Group.
One of the main infrastructure upgrades will be a new roof over the T1 seated grandstand at the Stadium section, one of the circuit’s most popular viewing areas.
The 2027 Czech Grand Prix also promises plenty of sporting interest. This year’s event already delivered a strong home storyline, with Filip Salač finishing third in Moto2. “We believe Filip Salač’s performances, together with the summer holiday date and fan-friendly ticket pricing, will give Czech supporters every reason to come to the circuit and cheer on their home rider from the grandstands,” says Jan Šťovíček, President of the co-organising Autoclub of the Czech Republic.
The only Czech rider competing in the motorcycle road racing World Championship followed up his Brno podium with his maiden Moto2 victory at Silverstone. In the most recent race in Austria, he then claimed second place. With four podium finishes to his name, he currently sits seventh in the championship standings.
“Brno was one of the highlights of my season and confirmed the strong form that went on to bring me more podium finishes. I definitely want to build on that next year. Standing on the podium in front of a home crowd is the best feeling you can have, and I want to experience it again – hopefully with an even better result,” says Filip Salač.
